"From the moment we enter the studio, Vanessa gets to know her students, their strong points and their weak points, the aspects that need to be worked on or strengthened. 

I appreciate that she corrects her students; it is an important, fundamental even, aspect of her role as a teacher. She is demanding (and she is right to do so) but she knows also how and when to recognize the accomplishment and to encourage her students. She is also willing to anwser questions, and specifiy aspects of anatomy for instance.


The courses taught by Vanessa calm me down. At the end of the class, I get a sensation of wellbeing and healthy fatigue.

Besides, the atmosphere in classes is very good: the seriousness still allows some moments of relaxation and humor! As for the studio itself, it is a beautiful place, bright and spacious.

"Classes in small groups, individualised advices. Beware slackening and laziness: Vanessa sees it all! There is no room for approximation.

"More than 4 years since I discovered the Pilates class taught by Vanessa Luckx. The wellbeing provided by each course is a real source of energy, as soon as I pass the treshold of this haven of peace, being the studio KokyuDo in Brussels. With her good spirit, her dynamism, and her positivity, Vanessa manages to make the participants fully aware of the existence of some (deep) muscles, and their important role. "I love the classes of Vanessa, because she is always attentive to everyone (there is not a single thing that escapes her), she is mindful, of good advices and never jugdemental. It is the first time I manage to be so consistent and regular to a course.
